Educated and experienced

I am experienced in Active Directory. I have reset passwords,

updated data and added new users. I also have experience with Kronos

software and have done many technical issues concerning Kronos. I have

experience in remote access in a work environment with in a LAN and WAN on

a home professional basis. I have installed software and removed viruses

remotely along with various other technical troubleshooting issues. I have

helped to maintain a network infrastructure. I have experience setting up

and working with routers and wireless routers. I have also terminated CAT

5 cabling. I have imaged and re-imaged computers, changed computers parts

such as a NIC and power supplies. I have dealt with vendors for many

computers and technical devices and parts. I have handled the

troubleshooting for printers as well as setting them up on the network. I

have run updates and drivers for many different computers from Dell, HP and

Compaq and dealt with warranty work on all of them.

I also have an Associates degree in Computer Science with the Major

being Networking. I am nine classes from having my Bachelors degree in

networking and telecommunication. I have attended a boot camp for my CCNA

and am looking to get a MSCE cert in the near future. I am motivated and

have many resources to solve any problem that I run across. I also have

limited experience with Cisco call manager.

There are several companies that I assist on in the consulting of the

infrastructure needs, ranging from file server management firewall setup

and user account and setup as well as their desktop support. The desktop

supports ranges from fixing compatibility issues to system functionality

issues.

Experience

I am currently technical support for 240 users. I know windows

XP, XP office and XP Professional. I troubleshoot all hardware,

connectivity and some software problems with an 85% success rate. I

handle some user ID issues and help with user access controls. I have

set up many workstations and handled print share within one of the

three warehouses I take care of. If I cannot resolve the issue I

speak with the technical staff in Chicago on resolving the issue.
