all daily aspects of managing the Spa, including scheduling of

management meetings and payroll. I also had an active role in
marketing and promoting the Spa services and monthly specials.

Front Desk: Customer Service responding to phone calls, took
reservations, processed credit card information pertinent to
guests stay, greeted guests and checked guests into the Inn. I
assisted guests by offering directions and ideas for day trips
to areas of interest and gave tours of the Inn. In addition I
checked out the guests upon their departure ensuring they had a
pleasant experience during their stay.
Call Center (Reservations): I developed the start up processes
for the new call center and successfully got this actively
running for taking guest reservations. In addition I staffed
and trained new employees on the phone system, phone etiquette
and reservations.

Once the Spa opened I moved to the Spa Management position noted
