PHONE: 407-***-****

Objective:

To pursue a career in a Quality Leadership field which will allow me to use and improve the

s kills I have acquired in previous work experience and t raining. To give the best quality

service possible while continuing to learn and advance with a great team. I have and would

love to be entrusted again with the most complex customer service issues as a result of my

exceptional ability to promptly resolve concerns and satisfy customers.

Employment History:

06/1986 – 05/2009 Mercury Marine a Brunswick Company

* I started on the production line as an Assembler/Operator in electronics and through the

years I worked in all Electronics departments. First printing circuit boards, populating them,

soldering, wiring testing, encapsulating, final test and packing for costumers based on need

and JIT. We focused on being very lean in our plant, sister plants and warehouses. I was also

a T rainer to new personnel.

* I then became a Group Lead eventually running several departments and making sure all

M RP schedules were produced on a timely basis. I maintained man hours. I was charged with

making all operators versatile in order to produce what ever was needed even if that meant

moving from one dept. to another at a moments notice. I was responsible for all obstacles on

t he production f loor. To name a few: Material shortages for unknown reasons, Bill of

M aterials being ready for new product, t raining. In a nut shell if my operators did not have

w hat they needed, tools, work instructions, materials, engineering, maintenance etc.… I was

not doing my job. I did this for many years while backing up my supervisor when he was not

available.

* I then became a Production Analyst / Scheduler (Planner) in order to learn the other side of

p roduction. In this position I fi rst worked my MRP each morning, scheduling orders needed

by other plants and warehouses. I then had production meetings with Group Leads to see

w here we were each day so I could communicate potential problems to which it concerned and

g ive a legitimate time frame they could expect their product inside our plant and out. We had

many levels of assembly within the plant including molding out own housing for our

assemblies. I worked very closely with purchasing, warehouse, engineering, plant manager

and production supervisors. I input all levels of Bill-of-materials for the Electronics

engineering team into our Materials/Scheduling database (PIMS) and made sure the WIP

showed in our system as moving, reducing add additions. I dispositioned materials that could

not be used for whatever reason, and assisted with missing and lost materials. I also used

many Microsoft Office Programs.

* I was very helpful in getting our plant ISO 9001 Certified by creating some and maintaining

other new databases with in computer system. I was responsible for wri ting all the work

I nstructions in the circuit board and electronic assembly areas at that time. Communication

was our most important tool in all areas I worked.

* I always worked with lit tle to no supervision. I really enjoyed my job and co-workers but we

were in the recreational business and as time went by my position had to be cut due to the

economy and the down-sizing necessary.
