03/07-01/10

Purchasing Officer for Kennecott Energy (KEC)- Processing purchase requisitions

for the Energy mines using the Ellipse system. Point of contact for any questions

or issues that may arise on the order. Resolve invoicing issues on the purchase

orders. Work with accounting to reconcile invoices.

• Expeditor for Kennecott Energy (KEC)- Responsible for bringing in any orders

needed by mines in Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. Follow up and monitor all

orders on the Ellipse system. Run reports and send notices to suppliers on past

due orders. Notify and communicate with the mine site and buyers to advise of

delays or status of rush orders.

E*Trade 03/06-02/07

• Customer service – Answering questions, changing passwords, assisted with

website guidance, assisting with stock trades on line for customers of E*Trade in

both the general and employee stock plans. Assisted with training in other offices.

Source One Services 12/00-12/05

• Team Lead – Client Support- Responsible for direct contact with the vendor in

charge of the phone systems to update, report problems, train users and provide

reporting to senior management within Source One. Responsible to train and

answer questions for team of 6-8 inbound support employees who answer calls

and e-mails for clients and agents who contact Source One Services. Filling in for

Manager of department from 05/05 through 09/05 while on leave of absence.

• Client Coordinator-Client Services-direct contact for 28 clients including banks and

mortgage companies. Responsible for coordinating appraisals and brokers price

opinions on properties. Follow-up to assure the orders and the reports are

completed. Liaison for Source One assigners and clients in answering questions

and solving problems and the day-to-day communications between Source One

and the clients.

• Installing Audio and Security Equipment in all types of vehicles.

07/97-08/00

• Installer/Sales for Audio and Security Equipment. Customer service from 07/97-

04/99 answering customers questions and resolving problems, selling equipment,
