used supply chain strategies to maintain inventory control. Developed

SOP's for inventory purchasing, forecasting, procurement and the management

of vendors. Consistently used Lean Six Sigma practices and Visual

Management to improve and maintain operations and cash flow.

Direct the pagination of 15 different catalogs/campaigns with annual sales

of 30 million. Managed a team of 6 Merchandise Managers that ensured

Operations/Customer Service Manager

Direct the daily flow of orders and customer service for a busy medical

equipment company. Managed 8 Territory Sales Associates who provided

support and the weekly schedule for outside Territory Sales Managers.
