reports. Closes books at year end. Coordinates with outside CPA firm

on accounting matters.

Serve as point of contact for shipping supplier. Maintain shipping

supplies. Assist with shipping related issues as necessary.

Maintain office supplies; order as necessary.

Maintain break room supplies; order as necessary.

Provide phone operator support as necessary.

Familiarity with HR function.

Prepare company-wide email notification.

Operate standard office equipment efficiently to include:

multi-line telephone system facsimile machine photocopy machine

postage meter calculator computer/printer communicates effectively

with clients via the telephone
