Work Experience
I am currently working part-time (25 hours per week) in a
fast pace OB-GYN office as a Medical Office Receptionist.
My responsibilities include answering multiple phone lines
and directing calls to the appropriate recipient,
scheduling, canceling and rescheduling patient
appointments, reminding patients of upcoming appointments,
checking patients out (collecting co-pays and entering
payments), insurance verification and verifying patient
demographics, filing and pulling patient charts, processing
incoming faxes, and filing.

Worked as a part-time programmer (10-15 hours per week from
home) assisting in obsolescing components of an older
mainframe application that was no longer in use. .

requested system changes to Human Resource mainframe
computer applications. Responsibilities included meeting
with HR customers, understanding their current business
needs, and coordinating these changes with the Keane
technical support team.

Developed mainframe programs needed to extract employee
training records from a Human Resource mainframe legacy
system and creating the necessary files to load data into
an SAP client server Human Resource system.

Member of a team responsible for developing interface feeds
from an SAP Client Server Human Resource system to an
existing TESSERACT Mainframe Human Resource System. My key
responsibilities included analysis, coding, testing, and
implementation of the main interface between the two
systems. Additional responsibilities included analysis of
existing interfaces between TESSERACT and legacy host
systems and providing specifications for new interfaces to
be developed from SAP to legacy systems. Tools utilized
include APS, COBOL II, DB2, QMF, and ENDEVOR.
02/2000 - 12/2000 Atlantic Resource Group
As a consultant on the SYMPHONY Finance Interface Team,
responsibilities included researching legacy systems and
providing documentation to core SAP team members to assist
in identifying critical functional requirements. Upon
completion of this task was move to the SYMPHONY
Programming Pool where responsibilities include coding and
testing interface and report programs using ABAP/4 for SAP
R/3.
09/1998 - 06/1999 Elijah House Academy
Taught third grade at Elijah House Academy. Elijah House
Academy is a small private school funded by various
Christian organizations, businesses, private individuals,
and United Way to provide alternative education for inner
city children.
09/1993 - 06/1998 Atlantic Resource Group
Participated on development teams in the implementation of
accounts payable and material costing applications in the
SAP R2 environment. Responsibilities included coding
interfaces between SAP and a legacy asset tracking system,
coding programs to create a data warehouse for direct
material costing, and report program development. Coded
interface programs using APS andDB2.
Participated as a team member to implement financial
general ledger business functions in SAP R3. Developed
interface programs to feed SAP R3 from legacy finance
systems utilizing APS andDb2. Several on-line query report
programs were developed utilizing ABAP/4.
