customers including cold calling and responding to
calls for service.
South Coast Fab - Outside Sales Representative
September 2008 - September 2009
Sales and account service to medium and large oilfield companies for
waterjet cutting, metal fabrication and

contact to delivering the product, I handled all
communication with the customers.
Agile Waste Services (Division of MLU Services) - Operations & Sales
Manager
December 2005 - September 2008
I managed a crew of 2 salesmen and 5 truck drivers servicing
customers with roll-off trash containers and portable
toilets for construction sites in the New Orleans
metro area. Starting from the beginning I have
helped grow the business to profitability with solid
customer service, solid salesmanship and integrity.
I manage every aspect of the business, from setting
up new accounts to scheduling a driver to make the
delivery to billing the customer. We saw an increase
in business revenue of $5,000 our first month to more
than $165,000 per month under my direction. I
coordinated work flow for the installation of travel
trailers and mobile homes for temporary housing for
Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita storm victims. I
handed out work and tracked the progress of work from
site inspection to the applicants moving into their
temporary housing. I coordinated all aspects of the
project and attended FEMA meetings to communicate our
progress and gather information for future work.
Associated Grocers- Transportation Shift Supervisor
February 1999-December 2005
Manager - Erny Doffitt - 225-***-****
Supervised a shift of two clerks, three driver
supervisors, four yard spotters and 96 road drivers
servicing more than 300 grocery retailers located in
Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, and Alabama.
Directed outside maintenance for a fleet of 96
tractors and 130 trailers (obtain bids and schedule
maintenance with all outside vendors) and
communicated with on site contractual maintenance
provider. Led the implementation and use of an on
board computer system for our fleet of trucks (chose
the vendor, trained the drivers and provided day to
day support). Helped design an in-house yard
management system to track on site trailer movement.
I was also assigned to the Grocery Warehouse as a
Shift Supervisor for 1.5 years and supervised the
Warehouse Systems team for a short time after
beginning my career with the company as a driver
supervisor in the Transportation Department. While
working as a supervisor in the warehouse I helped
implement voice selection throughout the warehouse

March 1995- June 1999
As a pre-load supervisor I oversaw the loading of 34 package cars by
13 employees. I ensured their job was done properly
in a safe and timely manner. I kept track of each
employee's pay and attendance schedule to ensure
their pay was correct and they were properly
reprimanded for tardiness and absentees. I also
helped developed a new system of charts and load
diagrams that made the task of loading package cars
easier.
