of a team of one manager, four direct supervisors, seven team leads,
and forty two indirect working four shifts. Senior Manager for the
new plant start-up in Little Rock, Arkansas and purchased plus
approved all capital equipment for the project. Achievements include:

. Worked with Engineers on Lean Project to get hoses used on the
mold precut to save time and waste by 15%.

members. Managed corporate purchasing of materials for inventory and
capital projects, warehousing, and inventory control, hauling, and
receiving. A senior member of all project team and signed off on all
capital project. The goals achieved were:

inventory levels and increase terns 50%.
. Negotiated with pipe supplier to hold inventory and reduced
