Commercial Construction Experience

I am looking for a position as a Project Superintendent. I have over 29

years experience in commercial construction and 15 years as a Project

Superintendent. I have experience in many different types of construction

from Hospitals, Bio-Safety Research Laboratories, University Academic

Buildings, and Occupied School Campuses.

Currently I am also the Safety Director for FA Nunnelly besides being the

Superintendent at the City of San Antonio Main Library Weatherization

Project. (During this past year I took the outdated Safety Program and

completely redid the Safety Program to meet requirements for an OSHA SHARE

Project.)

Responsibilities and Training

My principal responsibilities have included:

* Overseeing all subcontractors and on-site work force

* Building layout, administrating contract scopes

* Approve Monthly Pay Applications for all Subcontractors

* Verifying that work adheres to contract documents assuring

quality

* Monthly updates on schedule and budget projections

* Establish and maintain jobsite schedule using Primavera

Contractor

* Help develop pricing and review drawings for constructability

during pre-construction process for CM@Risk work.

* Safety Training and record includes;

* Member of the AGC Safety Committee

* Safety Director for FA Nunnelly Co.(During the past year I took

the outdated safety program from FA Nunnelly Co. and revamped it

so it could meet all the requirements for a SHARE project.)

* 30 hour OSHA training,

* First Aid and CPR certified

* SHARE Project Coordinator for the COSA Main Library Project.

* Monthly jobsite inspections of all FAN Co. projects.

* Fall Protection Equipment Competent Inspector

* Flagman trained course

I am currently working on the replacement of the EIFS exterior skin of the

Downtown Main Library. Replace the old 64 domed section skylights with 4

* This project was a design build method consisted of a total of

two (2) buildings. A single story 11,000 sq. ft. child care

center and a two (2) story 70,000 sq. ft. recreational and

wellness center. The center consisted of an out-patient medical

clinic for students and facility, gymnasium, racquet ball

courts, multi-purpose aerobic areas and weight training.
