I recently graduated from California State University San Bernardino

(CSUSB) with my Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology. I have worked in the

food service industry for the past 2 years. I've also held management

positions for large corporations in my previous work experiences. All of my

previous work experience has given me more than sufficient skills and

abilities to excel in customer service relations. Now that my educational

experience has come to an end I am eager to get started with the next

chapter of my life.

Work History

February 2009- Present, Expediter, Food Server, Romano's Macaroni Grill

Ensuring that product requested is the exact product that gets delivered.

Creating a dining experience for customers and increasing the probability

of a frequent return. Handling of monies as well as all other server

responsibilities. Minum wage + tips.

January 2007 - December 2008, Delivery Expert, Walgreens Option Care

Driving company vehicles and delivering thousands of dollars worth of

medications to hospitals and homes. I also was in charge of maintaining the

vehicles as well as obtaining a company gas card. I stocked warehouses and

also handled large quantities of cash. $13.75 an hour + gas compensation.

July 2006- January 2007, Asst. Manager, VANS

Opened and closed the store, handled large quantities of cash, wrote

schedules, accepted deliveries, was responsible for the hiring and firing

of individuals which included conducting interviews. Maintained store at

all times. $10.50 an hour.

July 2004 - July 2006, Asst. Manager, Jays Boardshop

I was a buyer for Freestyle Watches, Vans, and new clothing lines. Handled

a cash register, interacted with customers on a daily basis. Assisted in

the shipping needs of the company. This was not a corporation, it was

family owned. $10.50 an hour.
