. After a month, was taken away from filing and became dedicated to a

specialty underwriter.

. Matched applicant phone requests from the database to their physical

applications.

. Using systems: Medgine, RSA Medical, and Trace.

. Handled membership, claims, applications, interviews, and medical

records as part of the preparation process.

. Created spread sheets with MS Excel to document patient's health

. Completed reports for the executives that tracked lost files using

System 80.

. Created PDF's of the files prepared for management review.

applicant's eligibility.

Customer service was perfected in this fast-paced, fast-food chain. Cash

handling and guest service were typical duties performed prior to hire. A

fun and polite personality ended up raising the bar on other Portillo's

cashiers. Upbeat and helpful, a slew of loyal customers began lining up day

after day. Unfortunately, a peak had been reached after 2+ years of taking

orders, cleaning, and cash handling and the beaming young girl, with a

longing to learn, had to move on and grow.
