HSBC December 2005 to Present - Buffalo, NY

Vice President- Internet Marketing - I manage the marketing of HSBC's

retail and commercial web site, web site tools, web

experience/design/usability, and bank products. I am responsible for

increasing sales and customer acquisition using daily, weekly, and monthly

marketing campaigns. I create targeted campaigns using customer

segmentation and customer life cycles. The types of marketing channels I

consulted on IBM Japan's electronic direct marketing campaigns using
