Marketing/Recruiting Coordinator

• Provide marketing and branding support to over 100 attorneys in Texas.

• Prepare and produce pitch materials and proposals in a timely manner and according to clients’ request; responsible for

tracking results of business development activities.

• Successfully prepare firm surveys, directory listings and rankings submissions – manage and compile all matters

submitted by participating attorneys for the annual Chambers and Partners submissions. As a result, many of the

practice groups and individual attorneys from the Texas offices were ranked in 2008, 2009, and 2010.

• Author and distribute press releases and internal newsletters.

• Maintain with media relations and advise on advertisements.

• Organize the firm’s annual United Way campaign – 2007 was the first time to take on this role and led to the firm’s

highest donation amount to the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas during a four day campaign. The firm’s total

contribution for the past three years total approximately $50,000.

• Coordinate the Habitat for Humanity Buildable Hours Program – each year a team of 25 attorneys volunteer their time

to help build a home for a deserving family in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Responsibilities include working with the

Program organizers to plan the details of the one-day build, establish a team of volunteers and provide information

about the event to each participant.

• Oversee the Summer Associate Recruiting Program - responsible for organizing all program events, distributing

projects to summer associates, follow-up with each associate on progress, and assist with mid-summer and end-of-

program reviews.

• Manage firm events by tracking event information, compile collateral for events, oversee mailings and responses,

assist with site selection, and prepare conference materials.
