As a Sales Associate I was primarily responsible for

greeting customers, also assisting them with their merchandise, operating

the cash register when customers were ready to check out. I was also

responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor, as well as

handling in-coming/out-going shipments to and from the store. I was also

required to set up in-store displays for new products/merchandise and to

work closely with my store manager and plot a sales strategy to meet

company and personal goals while maintaining an organized stockroom, and

providing the best in quality customer service.

Cooler Monitor/ Jack Operator

Being a Cooler Monitor, I was primarily responsible for loading and

off-loading goods from trucks, transporting the goods to and from storage

coolers. I was also in charge of maintaining the order and cleanliness of

(7) coolers, as well as the inventory control of these coolers. This

position also required transporting production products to and from the

warehouse, as well as completing appropriate paperwork for my position held

and working closely with supervisors, staff, and truck drivers to meet

company goals for production.

As Campaign Manager, I was responsible for conducting corporate

interviews for new employees as well as the training/re-training of

employees. Other duties included building a strong team and developing

other team leaders. I was also responsible for inventory control of company

products as well as appointment setting for our clients (Home Depot Home

Services, TRANE, & DIRECTV). This position also required conducting and

executing marketing strategies which were not limited to Business to

Business Sales, Direct Face to Face Marketing, time management, customer

service, and learning to manage and run an office environment.

I am currently responsible for seeking out and generating the most

qualified leads for potential sales calls on which our install sales

associates go out and provide quotes on the most up-to-date technology in

heating & cooling systems for commercial and residential properties. I am

also responsible for training new lead generators for the company. As a

Lead Generator I incorporate Face to Face Marketing with Quality Customer

Service to reach my goals and the goals of this company.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

I am a former member and President of the Sigma Beta Club of Sumter,

South Carolina; Delta Kappa Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.

Our motto is "The Next Generation of Leaders Accepting The Responsibility,

Loving The Challenge". My responsibilities included organizing meetings,

overseeing ceremonies, delegating responsibilities and inducting new

recruits. We are a community service oriented group. We held various

fundraisers and have done services for Habitat For Humanity, Wateree Aids

Task Force, Adopt-A-Highway, and various other service groups.

I also have television recording and editing experience from working

with my schools and community church. I have helped produce local

television shows such as "Good Morning Lemira", "What's Up Bates?", and

took a Broadcast Journalism course in high school all of which aired

locally around Sumter County. I have also worked with production

professionals from INSP at my local church and have several hundred hours

of international recording experience which can be seen on our church

website.

Being a native South Carolinian and artist for Pure Pain Records, I am

also a representative of the KAROLINA SOUTH Movement in which my prot g 's

consist of the nationally and internationally known Dj B-Lord (Pure Pain

Records), Big Ish (Pure Pain Records), along with Nationally known Radio

Personality Charlamagne Tha God (S.D.M), 9 Million (Head Hunter/Def Jam

Records), Dietrich (Lavish Ent.), and everyone in KAROLINA SOUTH supporting

determination to overcome adversity and make something out of nothing. This
