Worked directly with Chairman in aspects of organization, including investment and disposition
strategies, executive compensation, human resources issues, overall return analysis, agreement
negotiation and implementation of all significant decisions.

Managed accounting and finance department servicing both the real estate and private equity divisions;
created new and revised existing critical accounting and internal control procedures; negotiated $20
million credit line agreement with Citibank; advised Chairman on significant stock, mutual fund and hedge

investments; analyzed returns on investment portfolio; analyzed prospective real estate acquisitions,
including evaluation of critical assumptions with real estate division, interviews of prospective partners
and contractors; prepared comprehensive, pre- and post-tax analyses of prospective divestiture of existing
real estate properties with built-in sensitivity; developed detailed new member admission calculations for
$45 million private equity fund based on detailed interpretation of partnership agreement clauses;

Chief Accounting Officer (2004 to 2006). Managed accounting and finance department, ensuring
production of reports in timely and accurate manner, including preparation of internal and audited
financial statements and tax returns for over 350 entities. Negotiated partnership documents with major
financial institutions and worked closely with attorneys to implement key deal terms into partnership
agreements. Created detailed financial models, analysis and projections of core business lines, and
