employee performances in a dual concept store. Responsible
for over 1300 pieces of new and preleased inventory pricing
and movement for maximum profitability. Received 4 out 0f
4's on customer care surveys and had $18,000.00 profit for
February 2010 while keeping customer count positive in a
down economy. I led the region as Sales Manager with 180
new customers and reduced costs as Service Manager by 15%
with hands on resolution. As General Manager, made all lease
credit decisions during customer closes, collected all
accounts over 31 days past due in person, and supervised 2
other collectors who called on past due accounts of 3 to 15
days and 15 to 30 days. As a team, used all the tools in the
