I am looking for permanent full time/part time work in which I can work

out of my home. I have been physically disabled since 1996 and my

sole income is derived from Social Security. I am an honest U.S. citizen

references regarding my work ethics and practices. I am self disciplined,

and a self starter, with time management experience, as well as a

person with excellent professional business and communication skills. I

am goal oriented, organized, and excel in jobs which require extreme

FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY

My skills and knowledge are as follows:

Accounting / Business / Finance Human resources, Payroll,

quarterly filing and reporting of federal and state taxes, workman’s

compensation, W 2’s, W 4’s, 1099’s, IRA’S, wage garnishments, all

insurances, bonding and licensing, business & consumer loans,

mortgage loans, rental agreements, land contracts, collections,

background checks, credit checks, reference inquiries, credit bureau

reports and reporting, profit and loss reports, deposits, account

reconciliation, customer service, and all daily functions and operations of

running a financial institution.

Architectural / New Construction / Remodeling blue print

designing, acquiring bids, building and zoning permits, and all the skills

to build from the ground up, including specs for masonry, footings,

poured and block foundations, load bearing and roof pitch specifications

and recommendation. Framing, enclosing, electrical, plumbing, heating

and air conditioning, property setbacks egress specs, and access,

permits, property setbacks, zoning, septic, well, and all general

contracting skills and tools, lien wavers, financing, sub contracting skills

and complete knowledge of building a structure and estimates as well as

cost projections.

Landlord/ Tenant Property Management All duties of operating

tenant/landlord relationship including applications, background, credit,

and reference checks, paying of property taxes, lease and rental

agreements, property inspections, and repairs, advertising, insurance,

property taxes, foreclosures, small claims filings, eviction and lease

termination document preparing and filing, and serving and detailed

expense tracking of individual properties.

Importing / Exporting includes daily knowledge of air, sea, rail, truck,

currency conversion, weight conversion, identifying and classifying of

shipments/freight. ETA’s and tracking of freight, collecting of duties and

harbor fees, container deliveries, container returns, delivery of freight

and container returns. Freight insurance, loss and damage control, daily

interaction with US Customs. after US Custom’s clearances and all

aspects of the business, including brokerage sanctions and client

satisfactions.

Legal / Paralegal all daily functions of working and running a

successful Law Firm including scheduling of appointments, customer

inquiries, filing of legal documents with the correct clerk of courts,

tracking of court appearances, as well as document preparation of

bankruptcies, wills, estates, power of attorneys, adoptions, divorce,

foreclosures, wrongful deaths, property damages, mortgages, land

contracts, real estate transfers, workman’s compensation claims, civilian

accident/injury claims, collections, appeals, criminal and traffic violation

claims, lease agreements, as well as professional requests, of analyzing

and professional involvements and findings and cataloging and

categorizing of client files with the pertinent documentation for

attorney’s court appearances and tracking attorney out of pocket legal

expenses.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

I have no degree’s or certification in any of the above mentioned. My

qualifications as well as my knowledge has been obtained from years of

hands on experience and on the job training. I feel my attention to detail,

grammar, people and typing skills are most beneficial to any business,

knowledge.
