• Direct technical support to suppliers on the 40mm systems contract and worked closely with U.S. Govt. to

develop mil spec quality AIE & AAIE documentation for new or existing equipment being qualified.

• Prepare and conduct equipment run-offs and prove-outs with manufacturers and govt. personnel

• Responsible for specifying equipment and processes (example: capital value approx. $5,000,000) needed

to load and assemble the high velocity M169 Cartridge Case and processes needed to LAP – Load

Assemble & Package the full up grenade cartridge. Conduct technical reviews on design and

performance criteria ensuring functional and performance requirements are met throughout.

• Responsible for immediate reports in all engineering disciplines. I.E. Project, Manufacturing, Design,

Lean, Technical Writing, & Quality Engineering.

• Review TDPL packages to identify CDRL requirements
