Joanne Marshall has worked for me for nearly 7 years. Ms Marshall began

her employment for my seven companies as an accountant and she progressed

to the point where her skills and vast knowledge along with her manifold

accounting abilities allowed her to become the Controller of all the

companies.

Ms Marshall took the companies from a manual accounting system to a

computerized system in the first 6 months of her employment. Her superior

knowledge of the computer is extensive (just short of binary programming)

and allows her to manipulate the computer to the point where she can create

anywhere from sophisticated mathematical formulas on the one hand to

elaborate spread sheets on the other. Over the years she has provided me

with accounting documents for cash flow, projection reports, financial

statements, pre-audit reports and pre-tax reports combining all the

businesses she has provided documentation in the starting of new companies

and the closing of companies. Her knowledge in the areas of general

ledger, reconciliation, accounts receivable, payables, payroll, payroll

taxes and sales tax have allowed her to train office personnel to assist

her when needed. The accuracy of her work is impeccable and has been

subjected to the scrutiny of IRS audits with no adjustments required.

Ms Marshall's work ethic is beyond reproach to the point where she is the

first to the job and the last one to leave, and commensurate with her

salaried position, her work hours have always exceeded 50 hrs/wk with lunch

time not ever being anything more than "eat as one works" affair. Ms

Marshall has proven to be a dedicated hard worker during her employment

with me.

I highly recommend her to any employer who is seeking an individual who

fulfills the traits discussed above. Ms Marshall is only available for
