Plans and directs the installation and tenant unit Force Modernization program with assigned
responsibilities for formulating and implementing policies pertaining to Force Modernization. Functions
as a staff proponent for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the Force Modernization actions
for Fort Polk assigned and tenant units including those in the AR 5-9 area of support. Provide technical
direction to lower graded support personnel involved in conducting surveys and analyses in the area of
force structure; manpower and equipment decisions analysis; workload analysis; force accounting;
implementation analysis; manpower and equipment surveys and standards. Maintains tracking
mechanism for installation Basis of Issue Plans (BIOP) that will articulate the fielding dates, training and
other details necessary for unit items. Insures that manpower consideration, organizational changes,
training and administrative requirements for fielding supportable new tactical systems are properly
addressed in Force Modernization system plans. Coordinates personnel consideration and assures
operators and support personnel are adequately trained on new equipment. Project Lead, CACI
International Inc., G4 Logistics Support Team, Fort Polk, LA., directly in charge of seven (7) employees
that make up the G4 Logistics Support Team. Directly in charge of staff support, assistance, advice and
make recommendations to facilitate the reorganization process by synchronization activities within the
Fort Polk installation. Develop, execute, and manage equipment fielding and transfers associated with
unit activities in close coordination with Forces Command (FORSCOM), Department of the Army (DA),
Project Executive Officers (PEO), and supporting organizations at the installation level. Track sourcing
strategy and disposition instructions for all equipment fielding’s for Joint Readiness Training Center
(JRTC) and Fort Polk units. Recommend property distribution plans to support Fort Polk unit
transformations and activation. Execute lateral transfers and training equipment requirements in support
of Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) and the Rapid Fielding Initiate (RFI). Sign for property
directly from the Consolidated Installation Property Book Office (CIPBO) as primary Hand receipt holder
and secure till completion of the contract. Use systems such as Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced
(PBUSE), Federal Logistics Report System (FEDLOG), Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP),
Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Parts Tracker, the Army Flow Model, Army Electronic Product
Support (AEPS) and other systems to update status on the fielding’s.
December 2008 – June 2009: Property Accountability and Asset Visibility Manager, Honeywell,
Fort Polk, LA.
Property Accountability and Asset Visibility Manager in charge of complete Battalion Sets of equipment
in the Left Behind Equipment program (LBE) for deployed units. Primary Hand Receipt Holder
conducting through and accurate inventories of all equipment turned in to the LBE program utilizing
Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced System (PBUSE) and all authorized manuals (TM, TB, SC) and
regulations pertaining to related equipment for inventory purposes, maintenance accountability and
services. Supervise inventory specialist, warehouse workers during issue, storage and receipt processes.
Coordinate, Manage, and maintain all equipment to include major end items that are in the Army Master
Maintenance Data File (MMDF) to insure that all equipment is serviceable and maintained to 10/20
standards. Coordinate with all sections of the LBE program and readiness section in regards to logistics
and changes in property to ensure accurate accountability procedures are maintained. Duties include but
are not limited to: Key control, Inventory, store and safeguard all Sets, Kits and Outfits to include
sensitive and pilfer able items, maintain component Hand Receipts, shortage annexes using appropriate
Technical Manuals (TM’s) and Supply Catalogs (SC’s) on DA Form 2062, PMCS and function checks on
all stored equipment on DA Form 2404, and turn-in all equipment that has been coded out by the repair
facility to the appropriate supporting facility.
June 2003 – December 2008: Lead Supply Tech, Eagle Group International, INC. Directorate of
Logistics, Supply and Services Branch, Storage Section, Repairable Exchange Activity (RXA), Fort
Polk, LA.
Lead Supply Tech in charge of the National Maintenance Repair Program (NMRP) for the Storage
Section, RXA, for Fort Polk and Army Material Command (AMC). Instrumental in the successful
implementation and annual certification of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
9001/2000 for AECOM and Eagle Group Inc. Managed, trained all personnel and performed all aspects
of storage operations to include but not limited to: receiving and classifying items for the NMRP,
processing Material Release Orders (MRO) in Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS1) and
Process Control System (PCS), preparing work orders, maintaining working document register, and
maintaining working and completed maintenance files, assist in reconciliation of SAMS with SARSS1 for
items going to and from the maintenance rebuild department. Assigning and deleting locations, location
surveys, conducting monthly 10 % and annual 100% inventories of all stocked items. Printing and
closing MRO’s, picking, palletizing, transporting, and preparing items for shipment. Other daily
requirements also include heavy lifting, forklift operations (4K to 15K), as well as use of SARSS2, LIW,
electric type writer, and personal computer. Serve as Storage Operations Supervisor in the absence of the
Supervisor on numerous occasions from one day up to two weeks at a time.
January 2001 – June 2003: Material Handler (WG6), Directorate of Logistics, Supply and Services

Receive and verify turn-in items from main warehouse, customers, and local units into the RXA
warehouse by forklift and referring to identifying information on material release order (MRO). Select
items for issue in the quantities and location indicated on MRO, assemble/picked items and move items
by forklift or pallet jack to assembly or pick-up area. Transported all NMRP item to the rebuild
department in maintenance division for repair and transported all repaired item for stock to the RXA
warehouse. Processed all items in SARSS1 and placed items in proper location or assigned new location.
1998 – 2001: Carpenter, Roger Wilson Construction, Leander, LA and J & J Maintenance, Inc.,
Fort Polk, LA.:
As a general carpenter, I built custom homes from blueprint specifications performing the following
duties to include: foundation preparation, framing, finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing and completion
to the home owner satisfaction. While at J & J Maintenance I was responsible for all types of repair to
government family housing to include: roof repair, sheetrock repair, windows, floor, doors and cabinets.

Provided policy interpretation and guidance to the Chief Executive Officers and senior staff officers
