Objective I have extensive customer service and general office
experience. I have had the opportunity and privilege to
work in many different environments and I have learned so
much along the way. I feel I have matured through these
experiences and am ready to begin this next and final
chapter. My objective is to find my position to grow old

Responsibilities: Perform receptionist duties as well as
general office tasks to include scheduling, payments,
posting, all nightly closing procedures including deposits,
insurance verifications and collections. Operate Medisoft
software. Take inventory and order supplies.

Position: Office Manager/ Billing Assistant
Responsibilities: Ran Chiropractic office in a professional
and efficient manner. Performed all opening and closing
procedures. Handled daily scheduling and billing procedures
to ensure smooth running of the office. Ran insurance
verifications, payment plans, and office statistic
software. Accounts receivable, insurance collections.

Responsibilities: Prepare credit reports for mortgage
brokers, research credit histories, and perform credit
repair services. Take inbound calls from brokers to perform
updates to credit files and advise consumers on credit
maintenance. Maintain good repore with brokers and credit
bureaus through phone and email contact.

Responsibilities: Received high volume inbound calls from
clients.
Troubleshooting of phone and service issues.
Handled activations, phone swaps, bill payment and
discrepancies, customer complaints and all other aspects of
