for air transportation, hotel, and car reservations. Prepared travel
vouchers for submission to Finance Division for payment.
. Manage the time and attendance tracking reports, preparing leave
audits, and any additional reports requested for the two branches
(consisting of 13 employees) using WebTA.
. Maintain monthly branch office budget reports using an Excel
spreadsheet. Maintain weekly data entry for recycled check funds on a
Excel Spreadsheet.
. Process procurement orders for office supplies, ensuring office
supplies are stocked and readily available for office personnel.
. Direct incoming calls, taking/routing messages, and providing
additional assistance to callers as needed, referring callers/visitors
to appropriate personnel based on specific name or functional area
requested.
. Update and maintain supervisor's calendar on a daily basis using lotus
notes, accepting and rejecting meetings based on schedule. Reschedules
meetings as necessary. Prepared briefing correspondence for Branch
Chief and supervisor prior to meetings. Schedules and reserves
conference rooms for branch meetings. Prepares conference rooms for
meetings, briefings, and office events.
. Prepared all out-going correspondence, ensuring use of proper formats

archiving of correspondence from personal and share drives
