My objective is to not only benefit myself but to

Basics/Diploma
Took the basics of the High School curriculum
Took the classes that were offered and that had to
be taken in order to obtain my diploma.
I also took many different extracurricular
activities that were offered such as Athletics,
Spanish I and II, Typing, Keyboarding, Computer
Science, and Microcomputer.

Basics/ Associates degree in Arts
Took all of the basic courses needed for me to
transfer to a University to further my education in
Nursing
Also while attending college I worked as an aide to
several instructors and also tutored many students
in various subjects.
Interests and activities
I have a major interest in the medical field and I
want to pursue my education at a local college and
obtain my nursing degree. Some of my activities
include spending time with my two children, playing
and exploring on the computer, and attending
different church activities. I have graduated from
the local college and now going to attend
University of Texas at Tyler in the Fall of 2009 to
start on pursuing my bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Stream Global Services has several different
clients, one of the major clients is AT&T wireless.
I work for the warranty department for AT&T
wireless.
Provide many different troubleshooting procedures
for the devices to see if that will resolve the
issue that the customer is having with their
cellular device.
Make warranty replacement orders that are still
within the manufacturer's warranty period of 365
days or 1 year.
Navigate through multiple different programs and
systems to verify many different types of
information on an account and check various pieces
of information to make sure the customer is still
within the warranty period.

For TXU I started out on the phones helping
customers resolve problems with either their
service or the billing, and then I was promoted to
the Offline department where we worked on resolving
customers problems through email.
While working in the call center I worked in
several different departments that included General
Business, Large Commercial Business, and Apartment
Services.
While working in the offline department I also
worked in several different departments that
included Growth Market Order Resolution, Base
Market Order Resolution, and Account Investigations
Team.
Some of my duties included customer service, data
entry, and account investigations.
