Professional I am currently employed at a family owned, 1,200,000 case

Highlights per year winery in the Oakville, California in the heart

of the Napa Valley. I am employed as a Production

Supervisor. My duties include all aspects of production.

I am a journeyman production mechanic with over twelve

years of experience. I am responsible for all mechanical

repairs and rebuilds of the winery's production equipment.

This includes cellar and crush equipment, 120V, 240V and

480V single and three phase. I am responsible for the

ordering and inventory of parts and supplies for my

department as well as the cellar, plant maintenance and

office departments.

I supervise, train, schedule and discipline a crew of 12

to 30 employees depending on the time of year. I over see

sanitation of equipment and I collect and maintain records

for that process.

I over see all aspects of shipping, receiving and

inventory, and have had extensive experience in the

warehousing in finished goods as well as barrels. We are a

custom crush and bottling facility with 68 clients. I deal

directly with client, vendors and other management team to

make our business as efficient, safe and profitable as

possible.
