process which reduced the closing time for month end statements from 10

adjustments down to zero audit adjustments while at the same time reducing
annual external audit and tax fees in excess of $100,000.
. Supervised the information technology department and implemented a full
roll out of a new back of the house reporting system for 28 Applebee's
restaurants in less than 30 days with no delays in daily, weekly and
monthly reporting.
. Implemented a theoretical food cost software package in 28 Applebee's
restaurants and developed a bi-weekly variance analysis reporting system
which resulted in annual savings in excess of $500,000.
. Developed and implemented a real estate build vs. lease ROI model which
resulted in an improved restaurant development process and a more
consistent ROI of at least 16% on new restaurant development.
. Implemented a consolidated cash management system which resulted in an

reduction in bank fees by 10% on a go forward basis.
