Diligence and Fraud division. Reviewed closed
loans to ensure they met stipulations of bulk sale
and individual guidelines. Investigated defaulted
loans for fraud, errors of sale and made
recommendations to the board for their loss.
PMI/RMIC/GE Mortgage Insurance Companies,
Underwrote and provided MI for GMAC, CitiMortgage,
HSBC, Homeside, SunTrust, Chase Manhattan Mtg, Bank
of America, FlagStar. InterFirst and other major
lenders.
Contracted to Norwest, IMCO, Coast Federal Bank and
Larger Correspondent utilizing many major
investors.
First Bank Mortgage,. Underwrote conforming, jumbo
and construction loans. Also responsible for
auditing previously closed loans for due diligence
and responsible for suggesting guidelines to reduce
the Banks risk, reporting directly to the Vice
President and Loan Committee.
Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Initially assigned to the
Woodland Hills branch and then requested to open
the processing center in Beverly Hills.
