Mountain Region - Real Estate Director
Site selection, deal negotiation, legal document creation and comprehensive
real estate management of office and retail locations in Arizona,
California, Nevada, New Mexico, Missouri and western Texas. Generated
LOI's, negotiated Purchase Contracts, Ground Leases, Office Leases, early
terminations and Sub-Leases. Negotiated terms for signage agreements,
easement rights, parking agreements, common area points and any associated
items with unit locations. Responsible for the relocation/ expansion of the
western region offices in Phoenix and the negotiation of space reduction/
termination of office Leases in Kansas City, Ontario, Phoenix, Seattle and
Portland. I generated Asset Management reports for use at the regional and
corporate level. Worked with, coordinated and established timelines/ cost

and New Mexico. Generate LOI's,

real estate packages for deal approval (includes sales forecasting models,
pro formas, decision logic and demographics). Provided internal
communication/ reporting to multiple department disciplines. (operations,
