ASSOCIATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: NAPS (National Association of Personnel

Services); NCHCR (National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters); ACHCR

(American Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters); CPC (Certified Personnel

Consultant) 2006-present; CERS (Certified Employment Retention Specialist)

RECRUITING EXPERIENCE: I opened my own recruiting business in 2006 and have

been a Nurse, Pharmacist and now Physician Recruiter since that time.

Currently, I solely place Physicians (Primary Care and Specialists) at

hospitals, physician groups and clinics across the country. I currently

work from home and have a home office with computer, phone, internet,

headset, unlimited long distance, etc.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Prior to opening my recruiting company in 2006, I was an

Assistant Vice President level Field Asset Auditor for banks and financial

institutions for 25+ years. The most recent company I worked for was CIT

Group in Charlotte, NC, (Headquartered in NY, NY) for 5 years prior to

being laid off in 2005. When I worked for the CIT Group, I worked out of my

home office, but traveled (almost 100%) to audit small to mid size

companies who wanted loans from banks and financial institutions. After

being laid off, I was tired of years of traveling and followed my life-long

dream and passion to start my own business. This has been a tough year for

Healthcare Recruiters because many of the hospitals and healthcare

facilities are funded by the states, which for the most part are broke or

bankrupt. As a result, I am finding that I need to supplement my income

with an additional job.

I've worked in Customer Service, Retail Sales and Bill Collections during

High School and College.
