Responsibilities include sales and distribution of therapeutic medical devices in the Central and
Western regions of Michigan.
• Demonstrate the use and advantage of specific medical products to orthopedic surgeons and
physical therapy clinics.
• Perform in-services at clinics where I treat patients who benefit from use of the product.

Responsibilities were to manage all aspects of projects from the closure of land development
through the life of the subdivision. Trained and evaluated construction and sales staff on their daily
activities. Approved, monitored, and reported all business activities.
• Responsible for project completion from land development through project close-out including
utility pre-construction meetings, ZBA hearings, Platt recording, homeowner association
turnover, and 10-year ownership on all structural warranties.
• Worked with director of sales in setting lot premiums, price increases, and lot releases.
• Managed first project using the new Pulte start-up company PHS (Pulte Home Sciences), which
produced pre-fabricated foundation panels and SIP’s (Structural Insulated Panels).
• Approved preliminary site design with product placement and lot-fit study. Also made
appropriate changes per site condition before final Platt.
• Prepared “Summit Manual” for each project start-up. This business plan included marketing
strategy, demographics, income statements, budgets, and product specifications.
• Responsible for review of audit inquires, income statements, purchasing, change orders,
purchase agreements, monthly accruals, variance reports, visibility reports, overhead/staffing
projection, and gross-profit analysis.
