orders. Documenting observances with input and output;

illness and distress disorders, and those rehabilitating

w/clinical team. Assist Dr. Foster w/basic needs of
clients, locate other agencies and resources needed for
client's provision, help transport clients to court dates
and stand in for case manager/client awaiting to see the
Judge. Stood in for Case Manager and accompanied client
when they had several ongoing open cases. Scheduled
appointments Housing Authorities, SSI, ER, and RX drop off
and/or pick up. Answered, documented counseling's between
Dr. Foster and Client. Assisted minimally in case
manager's position. Spent my two months working in
Outreach Coordinator's Position while she was on leave for
surgery.
