Served as primary contact for the US Government business sector.
Functioned as sales Customer Project Manager (CPM) between Sun / Oracle
customers, account teams, engineering and worldwide operations to generate
customer quotes and to ensure product sold aligns with unique customer
requirements and expectations.
Managed sales engagement projects working with customers, account teams,
engineering, planning and operations to insure project time lines are met.
Managed Sun / Oracle CRS US Government accounts including Lockheed Martin,

Served as direct contact for all FCPA's global OEM customers for all post-
sales product support issues. Functioned as business liaison between
customers, FCPA's sales, logistics, engineering departments, and Fujitsu
Limited to ensure business processes were continuously aligned with
customers' service, and post-sales support requirements.
Managed catastrophic desktop quality issue, resulting in returns,
replacements or credit issuance for over 500K desktop HDD's in the US.
Reviewed and negotiated service contracts with global OEM customers,
ensuring fair language.
Improved FCPA OEM service performance to #1 ranking for all major accounts.
Reduced aged warranty backlog on HD products from over 18K to less than 1K,
and maintained HDD backlog at less than 500 units throughout 2004, against
return volumes of 10K to 15K per month.
Managed all service-related planning for Fujitsu in America (FCPA) with the
Fujitsu's repair facilities in Japan and the Philippines, effectively
managing global requirements.
Implemented automated credit return processes, enabling 50% reduction in
internal support staff.
Provided solutions to global OEM customers for the return of product from
countries where customs laws prevented normal return processing.
Managed all cross-functional program management requirements for FCPA
Hillsboro operations supporting the successful transition of the Service

Managed cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for all
functional areas and product lines to ensure product release targets were
achieved. Escalated and resolved resource issues as required to facilitate
completion of all NPI activities on schedule.
Monitored and reported status of engineering, operations, purchasing and
planning activities to Senior Management, ensuring schedules were met.
Supported NPI of large capacity mainframes and controllers, tape products

Planning Manager 1996 - 1997
Planning and scheduling staff support for all of FCPA's new-build product
operations, including main frame processors, tape subsystems, laptop
computers, hybrid multi-chip modules (MCM's), hard disk drive (HDD's) and
printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA's).
Master Scheduler 1990 - 1996
Performed master scheduling function for main frame, tape, notebook, MCM
and PCBA product manufacturing lines.
Worked with marketing, engineering, operations, materials and executive
management, coordinating actual builds against marketing forecast.
Introduced new planning disciplines and techniques, resolving component
supply chain issues with overseas factories. Implemented new processes to
perform capacity planning based on engineering line and test equipment
standards, capacity, material availability and operational resource
availability.
Master scheduled over 10 product families, which was 100% of new build
operations. Over 95% of schedules achieved on time.
