. Managed software implementation of a new user interface with enhanced
policy processing functionality for the Excess & Surplus Individual Risk
department on Swiss Re's commercial insurance policy processing system,
Jupiter. Defined and executed a comparison process to measure accuracy of
the E&S IR manual rating and quoting process against that of Jupiter,
proving system stability and increasing user confidence.
. Led approval and delivery of code promotion to the Jupiter policy
processing system, negotiating with many internal testing resources and
the vendor. Functioned as key contact and approved code promotions and
two major system upgrades. Implemented communication procedure and
process improvements. Developed an internal defect tracking system,

Managed the successful $3.4M implementation of a comprehensive multi-
platform insurance processing system. Both POINT and ClaimsPro systems were
implemented on time, on budget and met user's expectations. Managed
business analysts and system trainer.

Collaborated with software vendor and internal individuals from all levels
and departments to implement the AS/400 POINT processing system and
integrate it with the NT-based ClaimsPro claim processing system.
Supervised customization of policy and claim processing systems along with
the migration to an upgraded printing software solution. Conducted vendor
requirement studies, provided input on vendor of choice and contract
review. Organized test plan and conducted two passes of system testing.
