Support Services Manager/Per Diem Coordinator July 2011 to Present
Initially hired to develop the process for centralizing per diem Nursing staff (RNs, LPNs and CNAs) across all nursing
departments, within Treasure Coast Hospice, for two counties. Provide full time and per diem nursing staff services
throughout the agency, with the main objective to ensure staff coverage 24hours/7days per week to both homebound
clients and the Hospice House facilities. Coordinate and schedule all the cross-training for the full time and per diem
nursing staff as needed. Monitor staff regarding automated provider services reports, timesheets and payroll, trainings and
state license and certifications (i.e. CPR, Nursing and C.N.A licenses.) Complete the staff Daily Usage Report
documenting which staff attended specific assignments. Created a staff availability calendar, and responsible for keeping
up-to-date. Preparing the monthly staffing reports to measure the productivity and effectiveness of services: tracking
amount of job orders, staff placement, hours worked and job assignments filled per department/team per month. Prepare
