Summary:
I was very fortunate to grow & enjoy a 16 year career with Hooters of
America. I always did my best to ensure our guests were taken care of &
that we exceeded their expectations. I also pushed & developed a team to a
standard of excellence. In my career I was able to earn personal awards
such as Manager of the year, Rookie GM of the year, Training GM of the
year, Presidential Award, Regional Manager of the year. I was even prouder
of my team's awards they were able to earn - GM of the year, Kitchen Crew
of the year, 2 entries of Hooters Girl of the year, Promotion of the year,
mayor of the town, & several others. Another proud accomplishment was
bringing the Huntsville location from 35th in the company in sales to #1 in
sales & profits for 4 years straight & breaking the 4 million dollar mark
(only HOA store to do so). In order to see my company grow I was able to
promote 15+ GM's, 2 ARM, and 4 RTM's. Working around strong performers has
given me some great opportunities & the ability to mature in my leadership
skills.
