Customer Service Manager 2010-Present
As a CS Manager for wal-mart my my job consisted
of various things. Around 45 registers were looked
after by me along with our CS center, money
center, Pharmacy, and several other dept. I would
need to maintain a good number of registers open
depending on the time of day and how busy we
were. I would also need to make sure all change
orders were taken care of along with any register
isues, customer issues, or cashier issues. I play a
huge role in the operation of the store while
providing outstanding customer service. Also was
involved in some Loss Prevention in the store
working with the LP Manager.
Petsmart, Staten Island, NY and Concord, NC
Support and Products Manager 2008-2009
As a Manager for Petsmart in NY I was responsible for all the inventory in the store
along with supervising up to 20 employees. I dealt with customers question and
complaints. I was in charge of keeping track of all inventory and removing and adding
inventory to keep consistent on hands in the store. I was trained to operate the
registers and place change orders, operate the company forklift. I did some of the
presentation aspects of the store, setting end caps and new plan o's. I was involved in
the interviewing process and hiring as well. I was also involved in the lowering of shrink
the the store since I was the first person to handle products and keeping track of all
inventory entering and exiting the store. I was able to handle employee issues and
could coach current and new employees on PnP's along with all codes of the store.

Shop Assistant: Get payment reports filed everyday. Get shop cleaned and ready for
days work. Answer phone calls and deal with customer questions. Deal with walk-in
customers and sell product. Learn all aspects of the film used and carried. Keep up
with daily log of customers. Clean and prep vehicles to be tinted. Make invoices for
customers. Call customers when vehicle is ready. Process customer payment via cash,
check, debit/credit. Make deposits to bank when needed. Call/deal with customers

proper chemicals to eliminate pests or termites. Termite certification course (learned

Volunteer for the Davidson County Humane Society: Fostered dogs as well as helped
with functions to raise money for the Humane Society. Also volunteer with the North
Triangle Fire Department.
