Started as an Output manager in charge of all proofs and plates. Proofs include Match prints, Epson’s, HP's and Creo's. Was
instrumental in changing over to Fuji proofsetter. Was responsible for inventory control and quickly had it organized and
maintained. I was transferred to pre-media manager on second shift where I was in charge of approx 40 people including
output and color departments. Was responsible for meeting deadlines and problem solving. When LAG started up a new
division "Grand Format" I was moved there as a Production Manager to help the director set up this new department. I was
instrumental in making decisions on purchasing new equipment. I managed approx 35 employees and had many duties and
responsibilities including Quality and Inventory Control.
Awarded bonus during first year for helping organize the inventory.
PRE PRESS MANAGER

Responsible for meeting proofing and plating deadlines. Quality checked proofs before sending for customer approval.
Trained on Agfa Galileo platesetter with the LP150 processor. Maintained a maintenance schedule for all pre-press equipment
including Scitex Dolev and Iris proofer. Responsible for ordering all supplies and maintaining the inventory.
Worked with Artpro 7.0 Power Layout with master layouts and checked all layouts before sending to platesetter.
Experienced at delegating authority and motivating others to ensure efficiency and productivity. Adept at
managing multiple responsibilities.
