Telephone services: Maintain a complete list of company's lines and
troubleshoot problems.
Recruiting: Screen resumes, contact potential candidates, schedule and
conduct interviews, negotiate starting salary, review company information
and benefits and make final offer of employment.
Supplies: Order and keep accurate inventory of all supplies
Storage: Handle, track and log stored documents through our storage
vendors.
Building Maintenance: Work with appropriate vendors to ensure the
following maintenance areas are addressed timely: office furniture,
electrical, plumbing, locksmith, insect control, security, safety, heating
and A/C, trash removal, running water, gas and sewer.
Kronos: Review employee timecards on a regular basis, enter vacation, sick
time. Review timecards on a weekly basis for accuracy. Give final
approval on timecards for payroll. Enter new employees into system, change
schedules, update vacation time for the New Year.
Petty Cash: Handle all requests and receipts for petty cash. This includes
weekly grocery supplies and beverage monies.
Labor Law Postings: Order and post up to date postings
Assist President, Human Resources Director and Vice President Corporate
Controller with tasks as needed.

up on all work comp claims

Benefits: Hold open enrollment, retain employee benefit records, act as
liaison between employee and insurance companies
Payroll: Track and follow timecards on bi-weekly basis and complete payroll
process
Dispatch: Dispatch all emergency 911 and non- emergency transports. Gather
information to ensure patients are qualified through insurance for non
-emergencies. Send out billing to Medicare, Medicaid and third party
insurances for ambulance transports
