and personnel work with an emphasis in technical tasks related to payroll
and preparation of payroll, reports, statements of a 112 year old private
club employing 85 permanent (including 50 unionized) and 200 seasonal
employees.
. Coordinated the daily operation of the Club's payroll system; reviewed
all additions, deletions and changes in payroll information for accuracy.
. Received and reviewed payroll records ensuring compliance with Club
policies, procedures, and regulations; entered payroll into system;
processed, calculated, and posted a variety of payroll actions including
wage garnishments, benefits withholding, overtime hours, and worker's
compensation claims; prepared, balanced, and corrected payroll reports.
