In the duration of my contract, I created new items in the item master, set-
up resources, OSPs and routings (set-up over 2000 unique items) as well as
updated and deleted items, routings and BOMS. I also worked closely with
the finance director to insure the correct accounts, the correct costing
and the correct equipment pricing information is being used. I processed
transactions from outsourced vendors in OSFM, corrected errors within
Oracle interface, validated and processed various tables and files and
performed a variety of other transactions as needed. I validated the
inventory sync between Oracle our main fabrication facility and Oracle and
SAP. I created new manufacturing specifications and made changes to old
revisions for engineers and production.

Oversee the shipping, picking, stocking and inventory control departments.
Responsible for designing the new layouts of the current warehouses in
order to become more efficient for pulling material and shipping to meet
customer schedules and maintain at least a 95% on time delivery.
Responsible for delegating tasks to department supervisors/leads in
shipping, receiving, inventory control and the general warehouse area
(order pulling/stocking). Implemented training sessions for the use of the
ACCPAC warehouse management system that is currently used as well as
training groups and individuals in the correct procedures for their areas.
Also, I was responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy for two
warehouse locations. I assisted the production director with reviewing
patterns of usage, developing the production schedules and the ordering of
packaging and raw materials needed for upcoming production runs. I improved
inventory accuracy by thirty percent and was working on the increasing the
accuracy to at least 98%. I was overseeing the physical inventory of the
warehouse (raw material, WIP and finished goods). I also stayed up to date
on all DOT shipping regulations.

Managed inventory based on a 26 week forecast requirements, patterns of
usage & supply, revisions & supplier lead times. Reviewed build plans for
accuracy and any capacity constraints that will impact production. Managed
inventory levels, coordinated with internal engineering and subcontractor
engineering/planning in order to plan production, re-screen material,
replenishment and necessary rework. Communicated closely with logistics
vendor to consolidate and minimize shipping and storage costs. Monitored
backlog to ensure orders are shipped within the customer request date.
Approved necessary engineering documents required for production. Worked
closely with sales and marketing to provide product lead times and
availability. As an Inventory Control Analyst, I processed transactions
from all outsourced vendors in OSFM, corrected errors within Oracle
interface, validated and processed various tables and files, performed
system receipt transactions for new orders, and also perform a variety of
other transactions as needed. I also was in charge of the inventory sync
between Oracle and the WMS application that is used by logistics as well as
a WIP sync between Oracle and our main fabrication facility. I was the
company contact for all RMAs and SRAs. I created new LPS (Legerity Process
Specifications) and made changes to old revisions for all engineers. I
submitted them to Documentum (our document control system). I was the back-
up person for the Documentum administrator and I helped the planners with
various planning tasks. I performed a variety of transactions that occur
between vendors and OSFM/Oracle.

I was a member of inventory control in the central warehouse and performed
all inventory control responsibilities from non-conformances to cycle count
reconciliation. I used two different operating systems and I am an expert
at both-Oracle and WMS. I trained incoming personnel on the various
processes used throughout inventory control.

Created and assisted in creating/reviewing processes, implementing new
processes, training personnel across the Logistics organization in both
Oracle and new processes, audited personnel's compliance to processes,

member of a root cause analysis team that performed physical and system
research in order to discover the root causes of missing parts from kits
ordered. I was also a shift lead for inventory control and was in charge of
seven people on second shift in the central warehouse. I was in charge of

performed cycle count reconciliation and inventory problems.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND ADDITIONAL SKILLS
I received a Team of the Quarter award for my root cause analysis work
during Q3 2000 at Applied Materials. I also received a Gold award for work
done in Q3 of 2003 as well as two additional Gold awards in Q2 of 2004 and
another Gold award in Q3 of 2004 from Legerity, Inc. I am also a very
quick learner and work well in any situation I may face. I am really
involved in multi-tasking. I am also licensed forklift operator.
