With more than 30 years of work I have developed successfully in the
fields that I ventured, Institutional: Researcher full-time Education:
Professor, Academic Secretary in the university sector; Industrial:
Technical Manager. Project Leader, Technology Consultant and Trainer. Since
1982 I have worked as independent consultant (accredited and certified by
official agencies) providing advice and support to more than 65 companies
in the Industrial Sector Diagnostics, Reengineering, Process Automation,
Energy Consumption Optimization, Computer Network Installation, Training
Technology, etc.. With the technical skills I have, coupled with education
and human aspects of teamwork with a strategic vision of wholeness, to be
applied in the manufacturing sector,
It is my career goal to continue as a consultant to support the
modernization and automation Manufacturing Process all types of companies
and offer the best in my experience and preparation.

(National Council on Science and Technology) and I have done the Technical
Evaluation of more than 80 Companies all over Mexico for the Use of New
Technology on their Productions Schemes to be competitive within the NAFTA
nations and Worldwide; I ve got since July 2001 the Certificate N C 10239

PROFFESIONAL EXPERIENCE 1981-Date: Independent Consultant to Industry,
specializing in technical support, automation of processes, training,
searcher for special spare systems and parts difficult to find in the local
market; and related problems. 1980-1981: Project Leader of Technical
Support, N.C.R. Industrial de Mexico, Puebla, Mex. 1978-1980: Professor and
Academic Secretary; Faculty of Engineering, University of Guanajuato,
Guanajuato, Mex. 1974-1978: Researcher in Biomedical Instrumentation,
Faculty of Medicine, UNAM, Mexico, D.F. Mex. 1973-1974: Researcher,

listed below: INDUSTRIAS MIROMEX : On 1998 I was the project manager for
the construction of a plastic bag machine to manufacture of precut rolls of
plastic bags for supermarkets. ALTA TECNOLOGIA(MABE-GE ): Development of
test instrumentation for the production line to determine the quality of
the unions of the gas tube with the wall of the new refrigerator Quasar.
VALENITE-EPN: Reconstruction of Numerical Controls on Bandit CNC
Processors. INDUSTRIA DEL HIERRO: Design and installation of all the lines
of intercommunication of PC s, including related plants such as
Electroforjados, Turbica, etc. To the central HP Computer and the upgrading
its SITE. INGENIERIA DE RECICLADOS: Under subcontract with this company, I
have realized automation projects in the installations of Ferrocarriles de
Mexico in Monterrey, in the Crane at the port of Altamira and in the mines
of San Luis Potosi. BACHOCO: Continuous supervision, since 1982 until 1995
of the Fee-mixing Processor in Celaya, including the substitution of new
technologies to maintain/increase maximum production of 30,000 tons/month
of Balanced Feed. During 1995 I participated in the installation of the
processing plant for chicken excrement as well as in the change-over of the
PLC control in the Feed Plant in Celaya. MABE: PROTAL & IEPSA: Initial
start-up of Line 1407; implementation of the Line Controls of Punteadoras;
development of Security Controls on the press lines; Preventive Maintenance
and Corrections of Electronic Controls; fabrication and installation of
Punch Machines with Servomotor Control and PLC., Optimization of Velocity
Controls on the speeds of Extruders to increase productivity and automation
of the polyethylene injection systems, using PLC s as well as the training

PUBLICATIONS I have some ten publications concerning Research and
Development Projects, as well as three Presentations of results in National
Congresses of Engineering, Cardiology, and Therapy.

Projects, concerned with the development of Applied Technology, especially
with Multinational Companies related with the Mexico-U.S.A.-Canada link of
NAFTA.
