I have over 14 years of expertise as a Business Intelligence and
Information Technology (IT) Consultant. I am responsible for and involved
in a wide range of consulting engagements covering IS strategies,
methodology development, BI center of excellence implementations, program

Currently, I am the Business Intelligence Chief Architect for Pro-Ture
Consulting Services, LLC. In this role, I serve as the head advisor to the
Senior Managing Partner and I am tasked with building the Business
Intelligence Practice. I lead the Practice through obtaining many industry
Partnership/Certifications to include, Oracle Platinum Partners, SAP
Extended Business Partner, Microsoft Business Partner, APOS System Partner
and IBM Business Partner. My duties also include interviewing potential
candidates for project, writing and reviewing SOW/LOE, obtaining

While employed at BusinessObjects, I was a mentor in the SAP
BusinessObjects StarTrak program, where I was tasked with mentoring "up and
coming" Technical Architects within SAP BusinessObjects. My achievements
include managing one of Business Objects largest customer engagements
during the restatement of their financial earnings. I have Business
Intelligence experience in several industries including Finance,
Telecommunications, Government/DoD, Retail and Software. I am a
BusinessObjects Certified Professional - Crystal Reports and a Teradata
Certified Professional. I have strong SQL experience with RDMS to include
Oracle, SQL Server and Teradata. I completed several Business Objects
Migration projects to include: 1) migration from BusinessObjects 5.x/6.x/XI
to BusinessObjects XI Release 2; 2) performed conversion of several
thousand BusinessObjects (Desktop Full Client) reports using
BusinessObjects XI (R2) Report Conversion Tool; and 3) migration from other
BI tools (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, IBM Cognos, SAS, MicroStrategy, etc.) to

Jeremiah duties also include interviewing potential candidates for project,

liaison for WellPoint and Eagle Creek's Pierre Development Center.

Executive Information Decision System (EI/DS) PMO office. Responsibilities
included developing a Business Intelligence Enterprise Architect for the
Military Health System (MHS) project. Task included developing a detail
project plan and providing a tested solution for a data center move,
developing a proven Enterprise security model, developing a detail
migration plan, provide Vision designs of the Enterprise Architect, ports
and protocols, SSL traffic flow and provides solutions to existing
BusinessObjects open cases.
MHS - Military Health System Management Analysis and Reporting Tool (M2) is
an ADHOC query tool used to obtain summary and detailed views of
population, clinical, and financial data from all MHS regions. M2 includes
MTF and purchased care data integrated with eligibility and enrollment
data; this integrated data enhances support to decision-makers at all
levels of the MHS. With M2 data, users can perform trend analyses, conduct
patient and provider profiling studies, and realize opportunities for
transferring healthcare from the private sector to the MTF is supported by
the SAIC integrator and managed by the EI/DS program office (manned itself
by IBA contractors). M2 is the MHS DEERS reporting solution.

step by step instructions so an untrained third party could follow in order
to stand up a production Business Objects XI R2 environment. The package
was developed from notes while setting up a development system. Additional
requirements included the installation and configuration Websphere 6.0.0.2

and fault tolerant. Additional requirements included preparing and
delivering a detailed document which included assessment of the current
working environment, general best practices for security setup to include

Business Objects XI R2 SP2 on four Blaze servers, conducting sizing
exercises to properly tune, provide fail-over and fault tolerant, and
configuring LDAP and MS Active Directory security plug-in-ins. Additional
responsibilities including performing a migration from BOE 6.5.1 to BOXI
R2, performing report conversions of several hundreds desktop intelligence
