. Opening new files for processing, which involved ordering mortgage
payoffs, title commitments, payoffs for outstanding account balances,
association fees, etc.
. Processing each file, ensuring that any and all exceptions to the
title commitment were satisfied.
. Ensuring all required docs from mortgage lender were supplied and
sent in a timely manner, making sure all required docs were
notarized, sent off for recording with appropriate county records,
payoffs were satisfied in a timely manner, all parties received
proper copies of loan docs, and ensuring each file were properly
closed.
