Being a sub I am a fill in whenever a teacher is not present. I am responsible completing for daily tasks

such as taking attendance, instructing students, maintaining control of the classroom and keeping a safe

environment that is productive for the students.

After being an assistant supervisor and achieving the respect and confidence of my supervisors I was

promoted to supervisor. Holding this position with the YES Program I was responsible for holding

orientation, managing time sheets, meeting work goals for the week and I successfully maintained safety

levels on the job.

During my first year as an Assistant Supervisor through diligence I managed to complete every

instruction given to me by my supervisor such as preparing and monitoring each objective that was set

forth for each week. I also was very productive in maintaining a safe environment for each worker to be

productive. My leadership qualities helped me to mentor and motivate my team regardless of how

difficult the task.

store while selecting movies. I made cash deposits, answered phones and helped improve customer
