Involved in all operations of small company including business plan

formation, marketing and sales. Performed AutoCAD designing of

smaller commercial kitchens as well as costing and bidding of

foodservice projects. Complete project management requiring

comparative analysis of drawings with actual field conditions and

including the coordination among contractors, architects, owners

and engineers.

Inc. (1987-2003). Operated and supervised 19 employees in this "C"

Involved in all accounting functions including costing, LIFO

computations, inventory management and human resource duties.

above in addition to sales management of (3) outside sales people.

Sales Agent for Insurance and Securities for Garceau Insurance

(1987-1988). Operated the Life and Health Division of this large

insurance agency that concentrated on commercial markets. Most of

my clients were older and Owners of privately held companies.

Sales Agent for Prudential Insurance (1984-1986) as route agent

marketing life, health and security products mainly to younger and

middle aged adults.

Sales and Marketing Manager of Hiawatha Chef Supply, Inc. (1983-

1984). Developed new marketing strategies of company's emerging

hospitality product line.
