I have been employed with the Government for 31 years with the same agency,
USDA. I have held different positions within the agency, changing only for
advancement with my career.
I have worked with the public both in person and on the phone for my entire
career. I have strong computer skills, working with all programs.
I am very interested in working. I am on central time zone and need a work
from home job. I have experience with YAL, worked for USDA in a call
center making survey calls to farmers, lots and lots of customer service on
the phone and I did commissioned sales with JC Penneys. I have done work

an insurance sales person setting appointments and a local call center
selling cable. I have worked for a marketing company called Tele-workforces

Coordinates, executes, and evaluates the State's leasing program. Advises
County Executive Directors (CED) on space leasing requirements and provides
guidance on relocation planning. Initiates formal and/or informal
solicitations to secure necessary
leased FSA office space and related caretaker services (i.e. utilities and
janitorial services) insuring maximum practicable competition among offers.
Canvasses targeted areas to identify potential locations for FSA offices.

drafts solicitations, audits, completed bid packages, selects and prepares
appropriate bidders list, and issues the bid solicitations. Negotiates with
potential lessors and contractors on price and terms of office space lease
and related services and sets forth terms and conditions in acceptable

Analyzes bids received, makes necessary investigations to determine
bidders' qualifications, evaluates bidders' capability to perform and/or

I am the only warranted contracting officer in the State. I provide overall
leadership and ensure that contracting is an available tool to assist local
and area offices in administering loan and grant programs. I provide
technical supervision, guidance and training to lower graded employees in
executing the over-all contracting and procurement program which includes
leasing of office space, janitorial services, program services and
contracts for training. I serve as a team member in State Evaluation
Reviews, National Internal Reviews and routine office visits. I am
responsible for the timely processing of numerous vouchers for payments. I
am responsible for and oversee the States Administrative Allocations in the
areas of equipment, rental, communications, postage, leasing, printing,
equipment maintenance. I process numerous vouchers through the FFIS system
for both Program contracts and administrative payments. I hold an unlimited
dollar value warrant for leasing. I hold a $100,000 warrant for program and
small purchase contracts. I have a credit card and serve as Arkansas' LAPC
(Local Agency Program Coordinator) for
the purchase card. I manage all aspects of the contracting program for
Arkansas Rural
Development. In addition to my contracting duties, I supervise the mailroom
and serve as
the States' Accountable Property Officer for all Government property. I

employees and in the past have supervised as many as 6. I assist in all
annual budget preparations, state annual calendar and training calendar. I
serve as a member of the State Administrative Committee, often representing
