responsibility). Communicated this information to other partners including

center. Sample management, requesting and following up on samples with
vendors before approaching deadline. Collected samples and returned to
retail when done, prepared samples for photography including correct
information and unpacked when back from web photo shot. Downloaded images
for the website, use the Spanish language to translate important
information for the company.
. Handled purchase order process for direct and franchise divisions
showing an increment from 500 to 5000 plus POs in a six year period.
. Provided Spanish expertise, proofing all documents/advertisement
translated for the Puerto Rico stores in 2005.
. Partnered with IT dept in trouble shooting the sourcing PO overlay
issue. By sending POs directly to vendors by email, saving lots of
dollars on printing pages and scanning for the company.
. Partnered with vendor compliance dept. on a project to assure catalog
and franchise POs had the correct LDP (landed cost freight, duty
commission) revising over 300 POs in 3 days, correcting the new cost
and ndc (in DC) date.
