Rover: Feed inmates, conduct formal head count

every four hours, escort all max, super max, and

administrative segregation inmates using restraints

to different parts of the facility (i.e. medical,

visitation, recreation, etc), respond to medical

emergencies, affrays, and provide back-up to any

Master Control: In charge of opening all doors

within the facility as requested through radio
