Qualifications
I have almost 13 year's Banking experience and several year's of
managerial experience. I started out as a Teller and was promoted
several times to the position of Consumer Banker. 2 years ago I was
promoted to Office Manager/Assistant Manager. Prior to Banking I
was in Restaurant Management and have experience in several aspects of
Management, which included scheduling, and hiring of 75% of the staff.

I started out at the Bank as a Drive-thru teller and was
promoted to Vault teller and then to Head teller. I was then
promoted to Consumer Banker. Following that I was promoted to
Office Manager. I have cash handling experience, customer
service experience, supervisory experience and sales
experience. My current position is to run the office. This
includes managing the tellers, coaching them and coming up
with contest to help them reach their sales goals. I also was
responsible for making sure the branch met our Loan goals,
credit card goals and depository goals and customer service
satisfaction. During my time at National City we went
without a Branch Manager for 6 months, which put me in the
unofficial role of Branch Manager.

Was in charge of staff, which involved hiring, scheduling and
management. Was also required to have good customer service
skills to handle customer complaints. I was responsible for
having the specific food and quantities ready each day.

Activities
I enjoy reading, camping and doing things with my family. I am
married with two children. I also enjoy doing Junior Achievement and Walks
to help support our community.
