Dear Hiring Manager,
This job opening as a Human Resource Assistant seems perfect for me to get
my foot in the door of HR. I received my Bachelors in Business
Administration with my minor in HR, and my Masters in Management with my
concentration in HR. I have learned a lot about HR through my classes, but
have yet to have much experience in the field. I would like to gain more
knowledge and experience in this area so that I can start building my
career. I have a little bit of experience from my previous job as a store
manager who also acted as the HR person when it came to recruiting,
interviewing, hiring, and training. I have customer service experience from
working at McDonalds in high school, to being a front-desk receptionist at
an insurance firm, to being a store manager at a gift shop.
This job description wants someone who is detail oriented, has great people
skills, and has the ability to multi task. I am a very detail oriented and
organized person. In general I pay attention to many details to things,
whether in work-life or personal life. I am always thinking ahead to make
sure the decisions I make is the best. I believe I have great people
skills. I get along with everyone. I try my best to appease to everyone
because I feel it is better to get along with people than to just get by
with them.
I would be grateful to be considered for a spot in your company so that I
can further my career in HR. Please contact me by phone at 505-***-**** or
by email at abimsz@r.postjobfree.com. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Monica Rickert
